This is because I have created a new Var file, this is called "JohnSaken.Sonia_v2.1", the update of the V1 VAR should remain all old dependencies and the new ones should be added.

As a result, you now have both versions in the browser, you can delete the old "JohnSaken.Sonia.1" manually from the Addonpackages folder

Sorry for the inconvenience, but I thought to create a new .var was cleaner
A disadvantage as I just found, V2 is not displayed as an update but as a new file
