Can help you out with that if you want. It's an old 1940s art book on ideal proportion. It's not 100% every woman, but more an average. I imported one of the pages as a CUA, basically all you have to do is post your model against it, scale. And then twiddle with the morphs.
Believe there is a plugin as well, but like to do it old-fashioned way.
