VAMX - How can i move the Main Menu with mouse? It is so often overlapping my Angle / View

Is there a way to move the VAMX Menue inside a Scene?

Partly it is so bad located that i cannot even do anything until i change camera / Angle .
And i do not want to disable it alltime.
