I admittedly know nothing about Substance Painter, however I did recently consider dabbling with it (didn't get far yet) but found this - which you may already have, or may not even be what you're referring to with regards to a male model - but maybe this can point you in the right direction? If not I'm sure there are tons of folks here who would have a better suggestion. Regardless, thanks for all the cool ink!
