Talia should have arm ropes as well. But VamX adds a PC tag if they are part of the package. You all probably have them already in your library I would guess.

Go to edit mode:
Click the model
Click "Select Root" button in top left
Click the "Clothing" tab
in the name filter type "rope" (you might need to choose Show All)
check the "Shoes_SH_Rope_Upperarm"
