Soft Neutral Bedroom - Daytime Bedroom

Daytime environments can look quite good as long as you pay attention to the direction of the main light.
If you need more shadows, set the main light like this:

A small hint for issue areas like the lampshades (in this case) that miss an inner face area because it's only a 1 sided plane,
In blender, when you have said lampshade selected you can add a "modifier" -> Solidify at a low Thickness.

This will semi automatically create an "inner" surface for the lampshade but can also be applied to whatever other objects/areas that need fixing without ANY manual surface creation/duplication which is tedious and sometimes takes forever.

This in turn also will increase baked lightmaps their accuracy and quality because now it actually has something to cast on in various areas.

@LDR These are the best interiors I've seen yet in VAM. How do you create them? Are you making these in Unity or something else?

Sorry, I already have a heavy workload every week, and I don’t want to take on any more.

Thank you so much for the professional advice. I really need this kind of knowledge, since I’m self-taught in environment creation and there are still many areas where my work isn’t as professional as it could be.

I created everything in Blender, including the lighting, and then baked the lighting into the materials. After that, I used Unity to package the project.
