It really depends on your computer, but generally if you get frame drops lower or outright turn off MSAA, it's an anti-aliasing method that's an absolute performance hog. Other than that though just tweak them until you get a result you're happy with! You can find some guides in the Guides section here that can probably help too.

Also be wary that VaM is very RAM intensive.
