Hi !!
You asked for feedback, here are some.

- You can add an image with your asset file.
This way people will get a preview in VAM

Here is the image I made (it should be jpg and preferably in a 1: 1 square format)

- When we load the school it is too high, my character is in the ground

- Then also the download problem, but I'm sure that will be fixed quickly. So

Nice asset ,the normal maps on the chalk board make it look like a stone wall ,you could use a gen 2 female in unity as an fbx or obj to use as guidance to lower the floor .
