Saiko's Studio Apartment - Apartment asset with specialized lighting and a demo scene.

This asset includes a small studio apartment with living room, kitchen and bedroom. I have also included some special lighting as separate assets. This lighting is included in the demo scene. The lighting can be turned on and off with various switches that I have installed in the scene. This lighting uses a "cookie" filtering effect that looks nice, but it can have a negative impact on framerates.
