Need just long skirt with grabbed up side in front, with folds (like at pin-up old pictures).
Yes i know about cloth grab plugin with balls, but frankly this is not good since it's cloth state not saveable in scene, so this is barely usable due to ajust it each time when want to use scene.
(And please - without timeline tricks).
Ie need just permanent up-ped (at geometry level) long skirt, with some modeled folds.
There is show you some example what i mean exactly, there is exists already done long skirt with upped but at back side only:
So need something like that but in front. (+ agree to pay for that, if need)
