There are "eyeball width" (both by DillDoe and Spacedog) and "eye rotation" morphs that might help with this:
Alternately, you can try going into her Auto Behaviors tab and reducing Max Outward Angle, but even if that helps with some screenshots, won't solve the underlying problem.
