A pulled down panty, there are a few presets for different amounts of looseness, the "manual" presets let you play around with the panty and move them where you want.

4k Spec, Normal, sim and diffuse maps.
To change the main color just use the usual color picker, to keep the satin look make sure the spec color matches the diffuse.
I created the clothing models and normal maps myself.
All photos are taken in VR, no postwork. The nice ladies in the photos are my presets.
