Question Panels with buttons - how does it work

Hey. At some scenes there are panels with many buttons, and it seem that there are no sepearate buttons in "select panel in VAM just like i can select normal UIButton

I watched thfough VAM videos and can find anything how does it work ? how to create such panel? how to see what each button in that panel do (normally each button have actions linked to them) ?
