[MMD Stage] Rooftop club - A MMD Stage scene with dynamic tracking lights and audiences

DISCRIPTION:
Only tested on VaM 1.22.0.3
Animations and models are not included.
IMPORTANT!!! Audiosource with hazmhox's vamaudioanalyzer plugin and SallySoundFX attached, choose 'Environment\Audiosource' atom to play the music to get dynamic lights effect, otherwise the lights would stay still.

This is something lite, no screens or heavy visual effects that would slow down the performance.

2. Added several music-interactive visual effects
