I had been planning to create a few scenes themed like this for a while. The camera set up isn't as I wanted but since this set up has a better fps rate I'll produce scene themed like this in this way.
Do note the scene is somewhat restrected due to how it's setup but users can knock down some stuff... maybe I'll add options in others.
