Big luxury house with Livingroom Bathroom Locker room,Some unity lights were added in lamps.
The overall style is a luxurious blue tone. Reduce lots of materials not only make house looks more luxurious but also increases FPS.FPS depends on how many lights you add in place where you are.In my computer with 3 vam lights about 150-300, Livingroom>Locker room>bathroom>bedroom.
