Long vest top and even longer variant.
Lots of presets for materials as always e.g satin, latex, fishnet, mesh, leather, velvet, cotton

Long vest top, sim is off by default but if you turn it on just the top half becomes loose. If you also click un-dress the whole thing becomes loose.
Long vest top - longer, sim is on and if you use un-dress the whole thing becomes loose.
