Jessie does her Laundry - Laundromat scene

🧺 THE OBLIGATORY LAUNDROMAT SCENE 🧺

I saw this environment and couldn’t resist — so a huge shout-out to the creator. 🙌
What started as a “simple” scene with two animations quickly turned into me going full ADD mode and adding a bunch of totally unnecessary things that I am very happy with.

This one includes some...

Double vision of the laundry mate. Can't enjoy your work. Pls fix.

This is a Vr game that can be played on desktop. If an asset isn't set up for Vr, you'll get double vision. The assets image is blurred and appears as two copy's super imposed on top of eachother. Which the laundry mate is.

I didnt create the asset, my friend, just the scene. You may want to ask the original creator

Or you could, so a large portion of folks who can't currently. Can enjoy your seen you spent considerable effort making. You chose the asset. You made the scene. So please at least try to get it fixed.

I'll see what i can do

Hey man, good scene! Some feedback:

- Like Tohnbon said, if you are in VR the laundromat area is incredibly painful to look at. I have no idea how the asset does that, but that part of the map is a huge problem.
- In addition, if you are in VR, the scene itself doesn't work as intended. I am testing in desktop and it looks like when you press begin as well as the scene transition buttons, you are supposed to be directed to a camera angle. However, this is completely broken and does not work in VR. All you get is a scene update (character changes pose/position). This is minor, but when Jessie moves a larger distance (like across the lot to the other building) it is pretty annoying. Taking into account VR compatibility in this regard would be appreciated. I'll also note all your other scenes (such as Resident Jessie) have this same issue of camera not following the intended route in VR.
- A personal recommendation: Do not have Jessie repeat the voice line each time you click the same scene tile for a new angle. Having her say "I should probably check my laundry" three times in less than 10 seconds is a little weird.

Many scenes start with an option to enable VR mode or have a separate scene for VR and desktop mode. You may consider doing something like that if you want.

Thanks for making the scene and looking forward to more fun stuff with Jessie!

I built the scene in desktopmode, and didnt notice the issue with the laundromat asset. I tried to edit it, but its not possible because I didn't create it. There is a way to enable the tiles to appear in VR mode, but it negatively impacts the scene. Going forward i will look for a workaround and test in VR. Thank you so much for the feedback
