This is the biggest scene I have created yet and quite frankly, the video doesn't even cover half of whats in this release. Apart from a milf-focused story 'It's a Yard Work Life' has mini-games, music and of course lot's of sex positions; and some of those have a feature I haven't done in any scene before ;)

More like it's been a... hard... waiting time, idk, anyway the Public Release of It's a Yard Work Life is finally here! This has really been the biggest project I've worked on so far, I hope you enjoy every minute of it ;)

something wrong wit Dependencies
VaM automatically downloads Hexenv88.Paradise_Cove.2 wich doesn't contain Bikini.

But there is no v2 on that scene page
If I download Hexenv88.Paradise_Cove.1 from the page and delete Hexenv88.Paradise_Cove.2 from VaM, then Bikini works.
Just confirmed that on clean VaM installation.

Can confirm the bikini is not contained in the latest version of hexens package.

Other then that this is a bloody masterpiece, massive round of applause from me!
 
I'm not gonna leave a poor rating for something like this because it's definitely just a pet peeve of mine... but why make a VR porn scene, which inherently allows everyone to self-insert, but then give the male a fixed name that's extremely tedious to edit in the scene? Don't get me wrong, this scene is fantastically animated, and everything else about it is great. But 99% of people who play this scene aren't named Matthew, so why would we want the woman to look at us and repeatedly call us Matthew?

If I'm the only person bothered by this, then fair enough. But it seems like having the woman constantly mention someone else's name is a huge turn off without adding anything to the scene (this also isn't a problem specific to this scene, it's frustrating that I can't enjoy an otherwise excellent scene because of this).

If anyone knows any good ways to mass-edit dialogue in general, I'd love to know.
 
I'm running into an issue with the skin textures on her face and torso, it just looks like she's wearing a weird striped sweater. I've gone through and double checked my dependencies and I cannot find the cause?
 
What is causing the odd breast looks. It seems something is artificially pressing on them and pulling them down. Can't find a morph or plug in that seems to be doing it.

Not sure exactly what you are referring to when you say it's not possible to change a chars name within VaM, but ...

... it is very possible to change a person atom's UID dynamically in VaM, at runtime (The UID is the text you see displayed when you open the person atom in "Edit" mode - by default, the first person atom's UID is "Person", the second one is "Person#2", etcetc).

JayJayWon showed me a little 5-line script file a while ago, and the function is also included in JayJayWon's UIAssist plugin.

If that is what you mean by a character's "name" - yes, it's possible (and not really complicated) to change that dynamically in VaM, at runtime. Though you should probably only change the UID once the scene & all plugins are fully loaded, to prevent Triggers from breaking (VaM triggers refer to the atom UID - if the UIDs don't match, VaM will reset the entire trigger).

If you're interested, you should contact https://hub.virtamate.com/members/jayjaywon.15/ (The standalone UID-changer script was shared on their member's only Discord, so I don't feel at liberty to share without their permission).
 
FYI - we are looking into this issue. You resource looks correct in the Hub in-game. It is just a website issue with reporting dependencies. You don't have to keep updating.
 
I feel I might be missing something cause I'm new to this. but I'm trying to play chapter by chapter. For the life of me, I cannot find the net to get the leaves..

I know this is from a couple months ago but I'm having the exact same problem has anyone found a fix yet?

Same issue here. The POV toggle and possession also don't work properly in VR for some reason, places my head in the wrong spot and the guy's head still moves accordingly so it's impossible to get to the right spot.
 
I am glad I am not the only one having those problems. For me after double checking all dependencies and restarting the scene, the net appeared just right of the mini game explanation. But I wasn't able to grab it (VR) . Is there any way to bypass the mini games? Also, is it possible to swap the models (probably advanced)? She has no hair and I have no idea how to fix it.
 
Hello from 2024! This scene blew my mind!

Only thing is some of the dialogue balloons don’t appear…or appear for a split second.

Anyone know what might be causing this?
