It is good to have the chair as an extra prefab. But you have to scale it way down to have it look natural - maybe think about a downsized chair in a next version?

Also, the "movement handle" (sphere with those three arrows) as a weird offset from the chair

I updated the .var and adjusted the scale of the chair in unity, so default should be more natural. That weird chair offset is fixed too, as well as the movement sphere for the the main room.

One question - love the room. Is it possible to have the chair as a separate object so it can be hidden/removed? Thanks!

Hello, the chair CUA in the room can be seen by checking "show hidden" in selection menu. This should make the room and chair available for selection and removal.
