Hello. In most art apps such as Krita, their is an ability to have a reference open while you work.
Aware if it possible to use the TV as a web-page, but it would be useful to have a reference image panel to use while working.

There are quite a few choices. There are Web* atoms in the Misc category that are the best choice for this. They can be resized as needed.

You can also use the ImagePanel* atoms if you are working with a pure image like jpg/png
