You could not animate the asset, but just "glue" a glass to her hand. On the assay, in the control tab, choose both paragraphs as parents link and choose not "Hand control" and just "rHand"

In VR, the scene is less than half as small as it actually is.
Is there a way to resize it to the actual size?

Greetings! This can be fixed by going into ''World Scale", under "More Options"
