Thanks everyone for your help, this was the problem, when I removed the accessories with that plugin and restarted it let me save the poseMay or may not be related to your case, but I found that using clothing managed by Stopper's Clothing Plugin Manager can break Timeline's pose save functionality. I'd double check to see if any of the clothes on your Atom uses it. Maybe that nose piercing uses it?
If it does it's no biggie, just remove the clothing, save the scene, and restart VaM. Next time you open the scene it should work as normal.
Why? What's your basis? Please do not “always allow” plugins. For Stopper's Clothing Plugin Manager, if you only "allow this time" it, there will be no problem. However, if you "always allow" it, there will definitely be trouble.

If there is a problem with the plugin mentioned when setting "always allow" compared to "allow during session", then the creator should be informed about it as it is specific to that plugin. Please do so if you haven't already so that the issue can be fixed. Thanks everyone for your help, this was the problem, when I removed the accessories with that plugin and restarted it let me save the pose

Naturally, don't do for weird random plugins from sketchy VARs, but also don't get those anyway. For any Hub hosted plugins you should be fine with "always allow", and if that's not the case for a specific plugin, please inform the creator about it.

So your advice is only for that specific plugin? That's fair, but how you wrote leans to the interpretation of being a general advice to all plugins.Because I have also encountered situations where the timeline cannot save poses. After I always allow it, I cannot save poses, but after I set the Stopper's Clothing Plugin Manager to 'allow this time', it becomes normal.
Yes, I'm only referring to the Clothing Plugin Manager. Sorry, I didn't make myself clear. So your advice is only for that specific plugin? That's fair, but how you wrote leans to the interpretation of being a general advice to all plugins.
