Question how to load breast preset properly to match breast size

Can you please explain how to load breast presets properly so that the model uses the same breast size as shown on the pictures? Do i have to tweak them myself in the female morph menu, but I don't know which morph and the proper size to set to match the one shown on the preset. Maybe I don't know how to load them correctly?

Here is a screenshot on how I load the preset. Is there any additional settings I need to set?
