Question How to avoid explosions when trying to animate?

I am trying to animate a simple blowjob, but my models' collisions are constantly interfering. And, I'll occasionally get an explosion that will ruin all my work and sometimes when I load a save, it's an instant explosion. It's so frustrating, what can I do?

For context, I have a male model giving a female model (with alternative futa) a blow job. The futa penis is very large, but not crazy large. Also, I'm using Timeline.

The bigger the penis the more likely collisions will become a problem. Why don't you start with a smaller/regular size and then later make adjustments for a bigger one?
The plugin Collider Editor can show you were the main problems may be.

Thank you for the reply. I think I've figured things out a bit better. I've locked down more nodes, removed collisions from all other objects in the scene and I'm breaking the animation down into multiple animations rather than trying to make one long animation. This workflow is working WAY better and I haven't had an issue with collisions since. Unfortunately, I had to turn off "High Quality Physics" as that seemed to handle most of the collision issues.

I have been morphing the penis to shrink during the animation (I was doing this originally) to make up for the large size. This certainly helps, but I think locking nodes and turning off HQP helped the most.

Coming back after ages I've forgotten how I dealt with a lot of these issues in the past, I'm starting to remember that I just ended up completely disabling head collisions for blowjobs, as I think it's more trouble than it's worth.
