Question How many tracker do i need for MOCAP?

Let's say you will get 2 for foot 1 for hip. Do i need more? like for elbow and knees?

Seems i have to buy base station too. So 2 base station 3 tracker with my 2 controller. Is that it?

Also can i use vive tracker for oculus rift s?
