Hospital Level - Another appointment

Hospital Level , is an idea to be able switch off sections of an area
for better performance.
tried to use Eosin's VR renderer but there was a conflict with Space dog's sky boxes
so used one from ambientcg.com

there is a doctors stool in the Hospital_Level prefab SM_chair. not used
the outer wall is turned off, is an option to use with a directional sun light for the clinic windows.
i may add an extra room .
