Remove the HDR material, the default material will not self-illuminate, and you can control the UnityAsset brightness through Scene Lighting.

V3 update

1.Fixed an error where the script failed to save the Side Door and Side Window slider parameters.
2.Preset for CustomUnityAsset has been added to the furniture asset.
3.Fix oil painting A mapping error.
4.Optimize Assets textur
5.Change the location of the UnityAsset file from Custom/Assets to Custom/Assets/HeMao, and my assets will be concentrated in this directory in the future, which helps with unified management.
