It's a nice morph, but you need to mark the package as Morph Pack in package builder, otherwise none can see this morph in their morph list:
Until the author fixes the issue above, the only thing you can do is extract the morph from the package manually into your "Custom\Atom\Person\Morphs\female" folder.
