Fur Slipper Heels - For some reason these had to exist in Vam

- Clothing item that loads CUA heels pair in both feet with auto feet adjust & collision, customizable via CUAClothingAlt clothing plugin.
- Fur is within the CUA that uses Hair shader with SSS (not a hairstyle item)
- All materials are compatible with Vam's custom scene lighting parameters (camera exposure for example)
