Question Filter to make screen look like binocular view

I know that MacGrubers Vignette allows to reduce the view to a round circle, similar to looking through a telescope.
Is there some similar filter available to set the view to "binoculars"? Two circles, connected in the middle?

It would be great for any kind of voyeurism scene...

You could do it with an Image of "binocular" with transparency in png, put just in front of camera viewer and linked to it. Tell me if you need help to do that.

Just put the Image on the right place for your view, and then lock it (put WindowCamera on parent atom and put rotation and translation to parent link) and it should follow your view.
(I'm not sure that all the words I mentionned here are the exact same of the UI)
