This asset is a Ferrari 599 GTO. The assetbundle includes four prefab options, such as the default assembled vehicle, as well as the "core" version which removes the seats, so that the seats can be added as separate objects and adjusted in position. There is also a core version with the door windows fully open, as illustrated in the demonstration scene. The fourth prefab is the seats. To adjust the seats, as set up in this particular demo scene, you need to first release the parent hold...
