Thanks ! To answer your question, in VAM I only use Post Magic for the depth of field, then I do all the editing of the images in GIMP. In there, I use mostly the "Illustration Look" and "Comic Book" filters from the G'MIC plugin to get the look I want.
 
Thanks for the tips. I have some pictures around, a mix of real and VaM content, but they are a bit bland and perhaps those filters will give them a nice touch ?
