Clothing extended scrunchies

ParticlePinnacle submitted a new resource:

extended scrunchies - cloth based scrunchies for hair

So, this was just an experiment to see if hair could move at the same rate as cloth... turns out the answer is yes, but it takes some work.

Anyway, get hair through scrunchies, adjust hair rigidity, adjust skin joint strength to match hair rigidity, should produce some results.

I just used flat textures, so you can recolor at will

hair not included, I'm awful at them
