Double frill panty , one million presets of different materials and patterns.
"Undress" will just drop the bottom half of the panty leaving just a mini skirt, fun right!? (See video).

Spec, Normal and Sim maps.
To change the color just use the usual color picker, to keep the satin look make sure the spec color matches the diffuse.
