Dollmaster 2.51 Eyes Stuck Closed

For the life of me, I can't figure this out. Eyes get stuck closed and there is literally no morph or pose that fixes it. I reset everything to default, still closed. I import a new appearance, still closed. It's infuriating and I can't figure it out.
