DragonPhantom submitted a new resource:

Urban Dirty Corner/City Dirty Alley - City waste dump Dity street Corner

I had some dirty blender models and I turned them into a dirty city corner scene. In order to load some sex animations, I also made some scene layout design. Assets is 166M, some materials use 4K pictures, the details are good. I have tested this in VR and PC, and the FPS performance is also good, loading the asset preset with baking lights, and the FPS can be stable above 350 on my PC.

The asset already contains the version without lights, you can switch it yourself, All assets I made no lights version

DragonPhantom updated City Dump/Urban Dirty Corner with a new update entry:

1-Optimize material,Reduce file size from >160M to 76M.
2-Change wall texture to graffiti style ,Change the exterior env to look more like a community.
3-The chair and car can be moved/removed as required.
