Custom Oral Sounds in VamX?

So I've been looking into trying to modify/create custom voice packs for VamX for certain characters. I found how to under the user guide and got it working to some extent, but something I noticed is that there aren't any folders dedicated to sounds for oral sex. I couldn't find them just looking around in the files so are these universal? I was hoping to put my own in but it doesn't look like they're character specific, and maybe not as easily modified.
