Maybe this is because your smoothing settings are higher, but it looks to me like you saved an invalid genital morph in your combined morphs:

Does it say that it's required when she's loaded up? Her hair should be "vs1.vs1_H047_Riko_Hair.latest".

I won't be able to isolate the lips morphs from the entire head morph as I already merged the morphs together and am not able to remember which exact morphs I used.
