Can't seem to find a specific scene

I cant seem to find a specific scene I saw a while ago on a video.
Here's the video in question. I'm not sure if the scene has been customized, besides the Cammy look, but I have been browsing and filtering the scenes and still cant find it. There are no credits on who made the scene on the video.

Anyone recognizes it?
