    ...actually there's still room for improvement like always, but dayyuuum. New plugins by bqbq separate the "cell effect" and "toon outline" functions seen in the old HS plugins, while making the latter portion far more customizable/performant. Features "Ponyville" CUA import by KAFAROS.
