V2 Update:
Added a penis size slider for those of us not into the Magnum Dong.
Adjusted some of the expressions. Probably not noticeable though.
Also added a camera spawn point, hopefully puts it in the mans missing head.

New kind of cumshot fonctionnality : You can control the orientation and from where you shoot.
This is like your POV cumshot. So you have many posibilities to experiment as you see in the video.
