Simple scene with expansion/inflation/weight gain content.
Mainly tests and goofs with morphs, physics and VAMStory plugin.
And since Christmas is getting near, why not set the theme.
I tried managing the cloth physics but it can still be little wonky so feel free to disable it.

The available belly morphs just weren't doing it for me, so I made my own. Ten morphs in total, some for broad strokes, some for more specific changes. Now it actually looks like belly inflation, and it leaves the breasts alone.
