    An exquisitely decorated bar. The lightly relaxed atmosphere seems almost cheerless. It appears that the people being serviced here are no ordinary guests. Penacony's Bar run by Siobhan from Honkai Star Rail. Relaxing but cheerless. Nice flowers! Sip happens but wine helps!
