    Teleport Reverb G2

you can do it, it's just a matter of setting up a controller binding for it. Next to the WMR windows key on the controller is a button with 3 horizontal lines, it gets you into the steam dashboard, go to edit bindings and make a new binding. Here's mine

Poll: Do you use VaM mostly in VR or Non-VR mode?

ok this Tap thing is awesome. took me 3 days to learn the keymap, but way better than point and click typing. downside is you need a free hand

Poll: Do you use VaM mostly in VR or Non-VR mode?

replying to my own post, I found this gadget. I'll let you all know how it goes https://www.amazon.com/vdp/02a316bb3d354841a2373e43958fd393?product=B09C2K7L73&ref=cm_sw_em_r_ib_dt_BRDnQLBVw4qz3

    Running VaM on linux

As a linux user myself, I can see the desire to run it natively, but that's pretty much all you'd be able to do anyway. Without daz you wont be doing anything beyond clicking around in the gui, which isnt why most of the people in the community are here. it's a lot to ask to appeal to a small...

Poll: Do you use VaM mostly in VR or Non-VR mode?

I don't disagree with any of the comments. If there was a better way to type in VR, it would be a no-brainer for me...as positioning atoms is way, way easier in VR than messing with the axis-based move controls, which is so clunky. I think the experience probably even varies between VR...

Quest 2 - Hand Tracking 2.0 is... WOW!!!

My issue was not so much the lag, but the fact that there's nothing really there....without the haptic feedback, it killed immersion for me..at least for things requiring touch.

    Reddit Moderation

IMO forget about Reddit. Reddit has its uses. I've always liked the idea of Karma, where good ideas float to the top and trolls become dis-incentivized. While interesting, but for the very reasons cited in this thread, it can still be gamed. Aside from the agenda of the posters, Reddit has...

Has anyone used VR gloves for VaM?

I agree about "holding nothing", I myself haven't used the leap much since buying it and trying it out. As far as VAM itself goes, the situation is worsened by how the fingers react with colliders. There's no real ability to squeeze or apply pressure with 1.x

    VAM on Linux (Success)

I'm guessing this only works with certain headsets. I have the original rift for example, which is a no-go. Also, there's the issue of related programs such as daz. Maybe it works in wine, but that'd be another thing requiring the occasional reboot otherwise.

Am I the only with WITHOUT a patreon?

it really doesnt bug me. there are even some free things here that I would pay for. if it helps creators create better things for the community, why not? the hub was well designed and you dont even have to look at it, so is it a problem, really?

    A farewell from JustLookingForNothin

Been around since mid 2019...I want to say it was 1.12-ish. I would have been totally lost without those tutorials. I hope even new members watch them, because they are gold. I cant predict the future, but I think you'll be back...this software constantly pushes the boundaries of what's...
