You can do that. Just turn off one of the six joints in the plugin list that you don't want to be affected. Do note at this time it does not affect the elbow, knees, chest etc. So if you have those set to be animatable the body won't fully drop. -

Because of her breast settings most clothing will be clipping. You can set her breast physics to default. Same if you get weird arm deformations.
