You can just use decals, in the texture tab or use https://hub.virtamate.com/resources/decal-maker.196/ it have more option.

You have to export the texture first, if follow the path shown in main Tex, you can open the .var file using something like 7zip software and photoshop it. Save it in Driveletter:\virt-a-mate\Custom\Clothing female or male and your custom folder.
