    Thank you for your help, I packed yesterday it was good, and it happens sometime...I just deleted the audio and restart and upload a new file fix this, maybe it is because the audio player I did not notice,thank you for your idea, appreaciate!

    Question Why the clothing still in my referrence

    I created a scene and deleted all NC clothing and hairs, but when I prep the package, these items still in my referrences and license report, even more other items I did not add, anyone have an idea how to fix this?
