Question Does this quest 2 passthrough trick still work ?
Thanks for your help here, I finally have this working on my quest pro and its great! One question, I can only get passthrough working with a black screen. I can set the background to green via the plugin, but how do we configure AVLR or quest to use Green as its masking color? Thanks!- Paulj

Yes, I cannot tell the difference visually between the 4080 and the 4090 on my system, and I've logged a LOT of hours in VAM this week. Perhaps when I upgrade to an AM5 CPU later this year it may break the bottleneck. For now its about the same. Great card however you should see the 4090 churn... -

@cs2022 The pro got better today. In the developer preview release, they put out a new feature called Local Dimming, which turns off pixels for better blacks and therefore more light/dark contrast. Its not as good as OLED, but its close. I must say it looks fantastic. Its really getting more... -

I just purchased one this weekend and spent many hours in VAM so far. I have to say it looks great. My previous headset was a Quest 2. The biggest advantage is the larger "Sweet Spot" with the improved lenses. Everything in the scene just looks more crisp and less tunnel vision. I have not...
