Plugins + Scripts VAR Manager
Don't suppose you could add the ability to "Always Enable Plugins From This Package Without Prompting" to all installed VARs? Clicking "Always Allow" for every plugin in every scene gets old. Couldn't find anything that does this but it should be possible. It just writes a small .prefs file...
